Dimonoff is deploying smart lighting poles at Water Street Tampa, a 56-acre urban development in Florida, in partnership with lighting fixture manufacturer Lumca. The system relies on Dimonoff’s advanced nodes and connectivity to dynamically adjust brightness based on real-time conditions, delivering light precisely when needed while minimizing energy waste during low-traffic periods.

Water Street Tampa’s smart infrastructure includes 100% WiFi coverage across all buildings and public spaces, intelligent light poles equipped with wellness sensors, electric vehicle charging stations, a district cooling complex, air quality monitoring sensors, and circadian rhythm-supportive streetlights. Dimonoff’s lighting management system is designed to integrate with other smart city components, such as traffic management and environmental monitoring, giving city administrators data to support informed decisions.

Bernard Têtu, Founding President of Dimonoff, said the company’s “smart lighting solution will play a pivotal role” at Water Street Tampa, “by providing efficient illumination but also by enhancing safety and optimizing energy consumption.” The project adds to Dimonoff’s track record of more than 575 projects delivered across 11 countries since 2006, spanning more than 850,000 managed products.
