Commercial real estate, industrial sites, retail chains, campuses, luminaire manufacturers

One platform, whether you count sites or product lines.

The same Dimonoff control layer runs a portfolio of buildings from one interface, and ships inside a manufacturer's own luminaire as the intelligence that turns it into a system.

What you are living with today

I want a single platform to manage my entire real estate portfolio.
  • Every site runs its own system

Each building arrived with the controls of its era. There is no consolidated view, no shared reporting, and a small team is expected to cover all of it.

  • ESG numbers you cannot document

Energy and carbon targets are set at head office. The data that proves progress sits in utility bills, one account at a time.

  • A luminaire alone is now a commodity

Buyers ask for smart controls and then compare on price. Building a control platform in house is a multi-year detour from the product you actually sell.

The three questions this buyer always asks

Technical

Will it fit the fixtures we already own, or the ones we build?

The RME controller mounts on a NEMA ANSI C136.41 socket or a Zhaga Book 18 four-pin socket, on any LED luminaire from any manufacturer. Where there is no socket, the RTM module goes inside the fixture. One part number covers 100 to 527 V, with 0-10V and DALI dimming.

Financial

What does one platform change on the numbers?

LED conversion with controls cuts lighting energy by 50 to 70 percent. Laval reports 2.75 million Canadian dollars and 15 million kWh saved per year, with a five-year payback. Purchasing can run through Sourcewell cooperative contract 041525-DIMN in Canada and the United States.

Operational

How do we roll this out without a big bang?

Start with a three-month pilot of 100 to 500 luminaires on production hardware and a live platform instance. From signature to full operation, a 10,000 to 50,000 luminaire deployment takes 6 to 18 months, in phases. Training covers operations, field technicians and IT.

Send your site list or your fixture spec.

We will map each building, or each product line, against what the controller and the platform already support today.
