Shopping centers, entertainment and amusement venues, auto dealerships, airports, seaports, and the contractors who maintain them

The lot everyone sees, run without a dedicated team.

Whether you manage one flagship property or maintain lighting across many different clients’ sites, Dimonoff replaces all-or-nothing switching with scheduled, metered control — so a lot, a mall or a dealership stays lit exactly as much as it needs to, and no more.

What you are living with today

I don’t want to choose between a dark lot and a high energy bill.
  • All-or-nothing lighting

The easiest way to cut the bill is to switch half the lot off after hours. It also makes the property look abandoned and unsafe, and the complaints follow.

  • One schedule does not fit every night

Closing time, event nights, security walk-throughs and a slow Tuesday all call for different lighting, but most systems only offer on or off.

  • No headcount dedicated to this

Whether it is your own property or a dozen client sites you maintain, nobody has the staff to drive out and check every fixture by hand.

The three questions this buyer always asks

Technical

Does this work with the lighting we already have, or do we need to replace everything?

The RME controller mounts on existing NEMA ANSI C136.41 or Zhaga Book 18 sockets on LED fixtures from any manufacturer, and can connect into a building management system you already run — Galeries de la Capitale ties its lighting into its existing Reliable Controls BMS over BACnet rather than adding a separate dashboard.

Financial

What does this actually save, and how fast?

LED conversion with controls typically cuts lighting energy by 50 to 70 percent. Dimming instead of switching off also recovers the security and image cost of an all-or-nothing schedule, at no extra energy spend.

Operational

We do not have, or do not want to build, an in-house team for this — who runs it day to day?

The platform is built to be run by a small team or a maintenance partner covering many sites at once, with alerts and scheduling from one interface — the same layer a facilities manager or a subcontracted maintenance company can operate for one site or fifty.

Tell us about your property, or your client list.

We will show you what scheduled, metered control looks like for a site like yours — one lot or many.
