Dimonoff announced its participation in the 2023 IES Street and Area Lighting Conference (SALC), held October 29 to November 1 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. The company’s presence was part of a trade mission organized by Investissement Quebec. Founded in 1906, the Illuminating Engineering Society operates in nearly 60 countries and has published more than 100 standards; its annual conference brings together industry experts to discuss trends and technologies shaping outdoor lighting.
Dimonoff used the event to highlight its successful U.S. implementations in cities including Grand Rapids, Michigan; Cambridge, Massachusetts; and Columbus, Ohio, positioning the company’s smart lighting expertise for municipalities exploring similar projects. “Our presence promises to ignite discussions about the role of smart lighting in creating safer, more efficient, and aesthetically pleasing urban environments,” wrote Jostran Lamontagne, Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
