Dimonoff announced its participation in the 100th edition of the Union des municipalités du Québec (UMQ) Assises conference, held May 12-13, 2022 at the Centre des congrès de Québec. The event included two forums, six conferences, and a trade show featuring close to 100 exhibiting companies, with Dimonoff occupying booth #28.
At the show, Dimonoff presented its smart lighting control and intelligent parking management technologies to municipal decision-makers. The company pointed to its partnership with the Fédération québécoise des municipalités, through which it manages more than 145,000 connected streetlights across the province.
“Municipalities play a structuring role with regard to current issues such as adapting to and fighting climate change, demographic changes and labour shortages,” said Bernard Têtu, Dimonoff’s founding president, underlining how the company’s scalable connected solutions can help municipalities respond to these challenges.
